Paying homage to their seniors, the EXO members will be filming a new music video for a classic 90s Kpop song.

On August 6, Mnet’s EXO 90:2014 released new photos of the EXO members, busily filming their music video for the variety program. In the photos, Chen, Chan Yeol, Lay, Kai, and Se Hun were seen, working hard to create their own music video version of their seniors′ songs.

EXO 90:2014 is a new variety program that connects Kpop in the 1990s to Kpop in 2014. The EXO members will be meeting and spotlighting their seniors, who were actively popular in the late 90s.

“As we are filming a music video with a song by our seniors, who have led Kpop, we are working hard to get really invested in the song as we act,” said EXO.

“EXO 90:2014 will provide opportunities for Kpop culture through the music videos, as well as the meetings between EXO and its senior artists.”

The first episode of EXO 90:2014 will air on August 15.
