"As EXO’s new mini album ‘Miracles in December’ entered the market list for preordering, popular music sites became inaccessible due to too many fans trying to place in their orders.

In the afternoon of December 2nd, the servers of two popular music sites, ‘Sinnara’ and ‘Reece Music’, crashed immediately due to an overwhelming response from fans who have been anticipating the album’s release.

Both sites are currently running an event through which random fans will be chosen to win t-shirts, which seems to have partly contributed to the overwhelming response.

EXO, on the other hand, is planning to release the special album in several music sites on the following 5th of December.

'Miracles in December' is a soulful pop ballad, accompanied by beautiful string and piano sounds that fit perfectly with the winter season. D.O, Baekhyun, and Chen sang in the Korean version, while Luhan, Baekhyun, and Chen sang in the Chinese one, showing EXO's dazzling harmony.”

“EXO, set to perform as a unit group of 3 members - not 12… formed by D.O, Baekhyun and Chen”

“‘Trend idol’ group EXO will form a unit group for upcoming promotions.

A music broadcast official stated that ‘EXO will be undertaking their promotions this time around as a three member unit group’. As mentioned before, the December promotions are a thank you to fans, and the members forming the unit are Baekhyun (21), D.O (birth name Do Kyungsoo, 20) and Chen (birth name Kim Jongdae, 21). Officials state that ‘the three main vocals will soothe the listeners with their soft harmonies’ and ‘will bring out the best of the tender winter atmosphere’.

EXO’s agency, SM Entertainment, stated ‘It is true that only three members will perform. However, all of the members participated in the making of the album, and while three members will perform each week, of course, it is planned for other members to also appear as performers, to show a more impressive stage.

EXO raised expectations by releasing new teaser photos and the title song, on December 2nd. The Korean version of EXO’s title song, titled ‘Miracles in December’, is sung by D.O, Baekhyun and Chen, while the Chinese version is sung by Luhan (24), Baekhyun and Chen. EXO’s special album for winter which contains the story of breaking up with their love, will be released on December 9th.”
